Justin Proctor is a dedicated 24-year Army veteran who continues to serve with unwavering commitment. Currently, he holds key roles as the Construction Manager, Safety Manager, and SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) Manager at C Global. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Justin has worked across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. His diverse skill set and disciplined work ethic make him a trusted and valued professional in every project he manages.

Jerry Mackie

PROJECT MANAGER

Jerry Mackie is a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years of experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects in Illinois, Colorado, and across Florida. He holds a degree in Construction Management and a Florida General Contractor’s license, combining formal training with hands-on leadership to guide complex builds from preconstruction through closeout. Jerry is known for applying value engineering and constructability reviews to maintain design intent while optimizing schedule and cost. Jerry joined C. Global as a Project Manager to apply his experience to the company’s unique and technically demanding projects. At C. Global he focuses on delivering meticulous construction execution to achieve exceptional results

Jeff Furman

As Construction Superintendent, I bring more than 50 years of experience building and overseeing luxury custom homes throughout Florida, from Miami to Naples. My career has been dedicated exclusively to high-end residential construction, managing every aspect of the building process with a focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional client service.

Throughout the years, I have worked closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners to ensure each project is completed to the highest standards. My hands-on approach, extensive field knowledge, and commitment to excellence help deliver homes that not only meet expectations but exceed them, creating lasting value and exceptional living environments for our clients.

Jeff Reed

SUPERINTENDENT

Jeffrey is a highly motivated, senior construction superintendent with more than 25 years of superintendent experience. He has lifelong involvement in the construction industry. A history of successful projects in healthcare, commercial TI government, ground up, corporate and specialty/niche construction experience. He is self motivated and recognized as a result, oriented, proactive, and solution focused, individual. Jeffrey is enthusiastic, can handle people well, and can adapt when circumstances change. He is project-goal oriented, creative and that makes him a good problem solver.

Jeffery Bryde

SUPERINTENDENT

A professional renovator by trade with more than 40 years of experience in construction, Jeff has worked on high-end commercial and residential renovations, build outs and new construction, with projects completed all along the eastern seaboard. From managing builds of historical homes and businesses to medical offices, financial offices, and restaurants, Jeff is an expert at project management, quality control, client relations, and recently his last project won 2026 SEQ Home of the Year.

Jeffrey W Davis

SUPERINTENDENT

Jeff is a 4th generation custom home builder. He still possesses his great, great -grandfather’s construction tools! He is a graduate of Wright Stare University with a BS in Business Administration. His career purchasing management experience spans over 40 years in residential and commercial construction including: structural, mechanical, casework, millwork, metals, machining; as well as direct international purchasing & logistics. He is a highly regarded asset in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. He resides in Rotonda West with his wife of 32 years. He has 2 boys, on the east coast in sales management, and one on the west coast in film production. His favorite things are spending time with friends & family (at the beach or a tiki bar), working with his hands, and keeping GOD first.

Joshua Cratsenberg

WOOD SHOP MANAGER

Josh has a B.S. Degree in Construction Engineering from The University of Alabama. ROLL TIDE! And has been working in Construction for 14 years. He began in the Commercial construction sector as a field layout guy as well as a project engineer. He worked his way up the ranks and quickly found his passion for woodworking within construction. This led him to C Global Inc. allowing him to combine his love for high-end construction and fine woodworking on a large scale. He is excited by the opportunity to hone his craft and create unique builds unlike many of the other companies he worked for.

Lisa Goodson

LANDSCAPE MANAGER & ARBORIST

Lisa Goodson is an experienced Landscape Manager and ISA Certified Arborist with more than 27 years in the landscape industry. A Clemson University graduate and Florida resident since 1993, she has built a career focused on arboriculture, landscape management, and sustainable outdoor environments. Since joining C Global in 2015, Lisa has led the Landscape Division, bringing expert knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to creating beautiful, healthy, and lasting landscapes.

Joseph Shurmur

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

With over 7 years of construction experience, Joe’s focus has been on high-end luxury residential construction, bringing craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality to every project. After beginning his career in Michigan and building a strong foundation in both medical and residential construction, he relocated to Florida in March 2026 with his fiancée to continue pursuing opportunities in a year-round luxury residential market. He is passionate about creating exceptional homes and committed to delivering professionalism, communication, and lasting quality throughout every project.

Jessica Martin

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Originally from California, Jessica relocated to Florida over 11 years ago. She holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees and spent more than a decade with a premier luxury marine decking company, where she specialized in production scheduling and executive support. In early 2026, she transitioned to her role as Executive Assistant with C. Global Inc., bringing a strong background in organization, professionalism, and high-level client service.

Shawna Grasruck

CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Shawna is a Florida Native. She joined C Global in 2023. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Indian River State College and Information Technology from Southern Technical College. She is a member of our Accounting Team. Her knowledge in Account Management stems from Business Ownership and 23 years as an Administrative Assistant.

Aaron Flores

PROJECT ENGINEER, LEVEL 2

Aaron has over 10 years of experience working alongside architects and structural engineers, with the past four years spent as an Architectural Project Manager specializing in high-end residential projects. His work focuses on coordinating complex designs, maintaining clear communication across teams, and helping bring detailed, custom homes to life from concept through completion. Being based in Florida for the past five years and having developed a strong understanding of local building practices and project workflows, he takes pride in being hands-on, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys staying active and making the most of everything Florida has to offer such as kayaking around the springs or sea, range shooting, photography, play sports, hiking, and random travels. His pastimes help him bring a balanced and positive approach to both his projects and team collaborations.

Jacqueline Montalvo

HR GENERALIST

Jackie is a dedicated HR professional with a background in School Psychology and an MBA in Human Resources. She has over six years of HR experience at De La Cruz Marine, specializing in employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and workforce support. Her psychology background strengthens her communication and people skills, while her MBA provides a strategic business perspective to support organizational growth. She currently holds a PHR certification and is actively preparing for the SHRM-SCP certification as part of her commitment to continuous professional development. She is passionate about growing with C Global Inc. and contributing to a strong, compliant, and people-centered workplace culture.

Lindsey Sharpe

CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Lindsey is a Construction Accounting Specialist at CGlobal, where she works alongside the accounting team supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable operations. Originally from New Hampshire, Lindsey relocated to Florida in 2011 and spent more than 10 years working in the financial side of the medical field before transitioning into the construction industry in 2025. As a QuickBooks Online Certified professional, she is known for being detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments, and providing friendly, professional support to both clients and team members

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Detail-oriented Construction Administrator with 20+ years of experience supporting Project Management teams across all phases of construction projects. Procore proficient with 22 certifications and a strong background in project documentation, permitting, and compliance coordination. Experienced in processing AIA documentation, managing Notices of Commencement (NOC), permit applications, and permit extensions while working closely with Private Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Clients, and Internal Stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.  Florida Notary Public
